Application campaigns (TenancyEngine)
Send targeted email or SMS campaigns to tenants of a specific application — product announcements, onboarding nudges, or maintenance notices.
Console: Application workspace → Campaigns (/applications/:id/campaigns)
Distinct from platform-wide Campaigns (/campaigns), which target cross-application audiences. Application campaigns are scoped to one product's tenant base.
Requires Applications configure to create or send campaigns.
Creating a campaign
- Open the application workspace → Campaigns.
- Click New campaign and name it.
- Select channel (Email or SMS) and an email template or SMS body.
- Define audience — all active tenants, a specific offering, or a filtered segment.
- Send immediately or schedule for later.
Status and delivery
Campaign rows show draft, scheduled, sending, sent, or failed states. After send, open the campaign to view delivery counts and link to Outbox rows for failed recipients.
