Billing (TenancyEngine)
Manage your organization's TenancyEngine platform subscription — plan tier, usage against limits, and custom domains entitlement.
Console: TenancyEngine console → Billing (/billing)
Available to organization-scoped vendor admins linked to a vendor org. Platform operators assign plans under Organizations instead.
Current plan
Shows plan name, status, and usage (application and tenant counts vs entitlement). When TenaBill is connected, Manage billing opens the TenaBill customer portal for invoices and payment methods (tenancyengine-platform merchant).
Change plan
- Review available plans in the grid.
- Click Switch to … on the target plan.
- Free or downgrade paths apply immediately via the API.
- Paid upgrades redirect to Stripe Checkout using the same billing account as signup, then return to the console.
Arriving from signup with ?upgrade= shows a banner confirming the intended plan.
Custom domains
If your plan includes the capability, configure verified hostnames in the Custom domains section on this page. Operators with higher entitlements may also manage domains from the Organizations screen.
Not available?
If billing does not load, you may be signed in as a platform operator without a vendor org context, or the org has no billing record yet. New vendors can start from pricing or checkout.
